Raj Goyal is an accomplished real estate developer, an investor and an entrepreneur with over 28 years of experience across a diverse portfolio of industries, including real estate, commodity trading, manufacturing, hospitality, and sales and marketing. Originally from Humble backgrounds and Family of Delhi, India, Raj immigrated to the United States after earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Delhi University and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management at the age of 21.
A self-taught and self-driven entrepreneur, Raj has spent his career exploring opportunities across various business verticals. His early professional journey was fueled by an insatiable curiosity and a relentless pursuit of knowledge, which led him to work in multiple roles before launching and scaling several successful ventures.
By the age of 48, Raj had not only started, operated, and sold numerous businesses, but also cultivated a deep understanding of commercial investments and economic cycles. He has successfully closed over $150 million in real estate transactions and businesses and is now currently involved in land acquisitions totaling more than $300 million in just Land values, with vertical developments exceeding $4 billion that will not only boost the local economy with direct and indirect Jobs along Tax revenues but will also boost the Economic Real Estate sectors throughout the City and State.
Raj specializes in income-producing real estate and development projects across asset classes including multifamily, industrial, hospitality, commercial, and land. His deep market knowledge, strategic insights, and investor-centric approach have made him a trusted partner to developers, builders, and investors. He believes investment should be a calculated and analytical process—not a gamble—and emphasizes the importance of risk management, exit strategies, and sustainable returns.
Currently, Raj manages a variety of development projects valued at over $150 million and is actively involved in funding over $250 million worth of developments across Florida and Texas. His financial acumen and broad network allow him to align capital with purpose-driven ventures.
Beyond his business accomplishments, Raj is deeply committed to social and environmental causes. He supports various charitable and spiritual organizations and believes in giving back to the community by sharing wisdom with future generations.
